Cooper’s last MRI on December 12, 2011 was scheduled to see if there had been any changes with the lymph node in question. Wonderful news is that the lymph node remained unchanged and does not appear to be cause for concern. However, this MRI did reveal a new and uncertain enhanced spot in the original area of his tumor. The Oncologists believed it could be a tooth that was below the gum, but were erring on the side of caution and decided to do a CT scan to see if they could tell from that more definitively. Today was that day and we went this morning for a CT scan. Thankfully, we received the GREAT news that the spot they saw, does in fact, appear to be a tooth and not recurrent tumor. We are so thankful and look forward with hope to his next MRI, which will be in 3 months. Thank you for all the prayers and support! We are blessed!
